General information
The road once you leave the tarmac public road is gravel.
It is single car width and is 110mitres long.
All the cottages have ample off road parking next to each property
The parking is on gravel unless other is stated.
Each property has an enclosed area around it size varies to each property
Most of the furniture in each property can be moved to some degree.
All the pillows and duvets’ are fibre filled

Bide A Wee
Sleeps 5/6 2 bedrooms
There is a cement pad outside the porch door 180cms x 200cms.
Entrance door is 80cms wide. Lever handle and mortise lock 100cms high.
Hinged on the right. A step up of 20cms depth 17cms.
All internal doors are 73cms wide with lever handles height at 100cms.
All ground floors are on one level.
The other outside door leads from the dining room - width 76cms.
Lever handle and mortise lock 100cms.
High hinged on the right Thresh height 6cms. Depth 10cms.
It leads onto a cement path 24cms wide.
There are two steps height 15cms depth 23cms back up to road height.

Pedestrian Access through gate 155cms wide onto cement yard, main door entrance on the left, all outside doors 81cm wide with a 16cm step.
Lever handle with mortise lock 106cms high, hinged on the right.
All internal doors are fire doors.
Door size 76cms wide, door knobs 100cms high. Unless stated otherwise.
Bedroom 1, ensuite. Has a shower unit with a 10cm step and a standard height bath.
Bedroom 2, ensuite. Has a walk in shower room.
